Accessibility of faucetmanual.com
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on every page, including the cartridge identifier.
What we do
- Text and interface colors meet AA contrast against the page background.
- Every control in the cartridge identifier is a real button you can reach and press with a keyboard, and focus moves to each new question.
- Drawings carry text descriptions, and every fact shown in a drawing is also written in the text or parts list beside it.
- Pages use headings, lists and tables in a logical order, and work at 400% zoom and on a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off if your system asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- The identifier needs JavaScript. Without it, the home page shows a direct list of every guide instead.
- The drawings are simplified. Details that matter for identification are written out in the text.
- Links to manufacturer websites and PDFs go to content we do not control, and some of those documents are not fully accessible.
